I’ve been making yogurt for a while now. What prompted this was being unable to find regular yogurt in the stores. They all seem to be fat free , which adds too much sugar, low fat, which still adds too much sugar.
Making yogurt is really easy. Follow the directions on the packet of you starter.
Make sure you have an instant read thermometer. This ensures your milk isn’t too hot or too cold.
Your directions will say if you leave it in the maker longer it will become more solidified and more like greek yogurt.
I love my homemade yogurt with blueberries, nuts and a little honey.
