Last night I wanted something quick and easy and thought I would go to the local pizza place and get a cheap pizza. Then I thought I could make it cheaper and probably better, so I cruised the net and found a quick and easy pizza dough that took less than an hour to make. I could wait that long.
I proofed the yeast for 10 minutes, added the flour, oil and salt and let it sit for 20 minutes. After that I shaped the dough while the oven was preheating and prepped my toppings (onions, pepporoni).
