I made homemade pizza for dinner one night. The recipe is from the Artisian Bread in Five Minutes a Day book.
I rolled out the dough…brushed the dough with olive oil… Then I spread some pesto on it…. I had homemade pesto frozen but this was a jar from my mom and I decided to use it up.
Added pepperoni slices….
Transferred it to a cornmeal dusted peel, sprinkled granulated garlic and pepper on it….
Mozzarella cheese….and baked on a preheated oven on a preheated stone. It was great. I plan on making these on the bbq this coming summer.
