Wow, time fly by. Today it’s blustery cold and about 4 inches of snow on the ground. So I guess a recap in pictures is due.
Canning took place, quilting, watching my great grandson, and some sewing.
Some quilts I finished for a couple customers: They sure are beautiful:
This one has music on it so I quilted it with treble clefs.
A cute baby quilt my cousin made for her new grandson.
I’ve been doing a lot of this lately and I get stopped dead in my tracks. He’s so adorable but grammy doesn’t get a lot done.
I was given some apples and I decided to make applesauce for that little cutie.
Also picked the last of the tomatoes before a freeze and canned a couple batches along with some beets.
The topping on the cake was my second oldest granddaughter celebrating her 18th birthday.
I’ve been sewing. Since I was all done with customer quilts, I wanted to do something that was fairly fast and easy. I’d seen these triangle zipper pouches and I had zippers galore, so what better way than to use some.
This is a cosmetic bag I think some gal is going to love. I think this turned out great. I have a couple more I would like to make and also some other bags I want to make. I’ll keep you posted.
